A complete self-service locker solution
Skicase is a complete self-service ski locker solution, based on an informatic system. Located at the bottom of the slopes, the Skicase lockers greatly improve the skier experience.
Since its creation in 2012 by Koralp, Skicase has experienced strong development and now equips nearly 65 sites in France and abroad, in partnership with local operators.
Since 2019, Skicase also offers a luggage locker system.

Founded in July 2005, Koralp designs storage and drying furniture for winter sports shops, accommodation providers and outdoor professionals.

Locker commissioning
The commissioning phase begins as soon as the project has been validated and before installation.
The main steps in the commissioning are :
- Presentation of IT architecture and equipment configuration
- Presentation of the complete operation of the system (booking system, back office, overall operation)
- Establishing locker marketing
- Training for operators managers and training for point of sale staff at the beginning of the season

The system offers the possibility of using five distinct sales channels to make the service as accessible as possible. Each sales channel can be activated directly from the locker management area.

Our IT department works directly with your web service provider to integrate the sale of lockers on your online sales site.
Intuitive operation in the locker room
After booking, customers receive confirmation of their reservation by e-mail and SMS. They can then open their locker:
- From the terminal with a PIN code
- From a skipass reader with any associated RFID card
- From their phone using the button in the confirmation e-mail or the Skicase mobile application

Simplified management for the operator
The Skicase system is designed as a turnkey solution for the operator. Maintenance and monitoring of the locker's operation are carried out in collaboration with your IT department, while operational management of the locker is made easy through a comprehensive and intuitive back-office tool.
