What is a Skicase locker ?

A Skicase locker is a totally self-service locker, allowing you to store and dry your equipment after or during your day's skiing. Ski and luggage lockers come in a range of sizes. For more information, visit myskicase.com.

How do I reserve a Skicase locker?

There are 5 ways* to book a Skicase locker.

  • On the terminal in the setpoint
  • At the lift ticket office or store
  • On your resort's Skipass site
  • Directly on myskicase.com
  • On our Skicase mobile application

*: not all lockers offer all these reservation options.

How do I know if my destination has a Skicase locker?

How do I reserve a Skicase luggage locker?

To reserve a Skicase luggage locker, go to the lift sales point or directly to the locker kiosk.

How many pairs of skis can I store in a locker?
Our 2/3 pair ski lockers are designed to store 2 pairs of adult skis or 2 pairs of adults and 1 pair of children's skis. There are 6 heated racks allowing you to store and dry up to 3 pairs of boots.
 
Our 4/5 pair ski racks are designed to store 4 pairs of adult skis or 2 pairs of adult skis and 3 pairs of children's skis. There are 10 heated racks allowing you to store and dry up to 5 pairs of boots.
 
What is the capacity of our luggage lockers?

We offer several sizes of luggage racks, which you can find here.

Can I choose my locker number?

It is not possible to select a specific locker number on the myskicase.com website. Lockers are allocated according to the number of visitors to the locker.

How do I open my locker?

There are three ways to open your ski locker.

 

  • By presenting your associated ski pass at one of the locker terminals.
  • By using its reçat the time of booking.
  • On your cell phone, using the link in the confirmation email or on the mobile application.
Why can't I find my resort on the booking platform?

Not all of our lockers are bookable on the myskicase.com website. Check your locker's reservation channels on its dedicated page in the Our partner lockers tab.

It is also possible that reservations are not yet open for your resort.

When do bookings start for the next season?

The booking opening date is specific to each locker, according to the calendar set by the operator.

We recommend that you log on to our website from the beginning of September to ensure that you have a locker during your stay.

I want to cancel/change my reservation, how do I do it?

Skicase offers the possibility of cancelling or modifying your booking free of charge, up to 7 days before the start of the rental period.

If you have made your reservation via the myskicase. com website or the Skicase mobile app, you can request it via the link in your confirmation e-mail or directly at info@myskicase.com.

If you have made your reservation at the cash desks or via the resort's online sales site, you will need to contact the resort or store directly to request cancellation of your deposit.

Requests received less than 7 days before the start of the reservation will be considered on a case-by-case basis by our team. No refunds will be made after the start of the locker rental period, except in the event of an event external to the customer (locker closure, locker failure, station or store closure, etc.).

Please note that specific conditions may apply depending on the deposit, so check the terms and conditions applicable to your deposit at the time of purchase.

Is it possible to book a locker for the season?

It is possible to reserve a certain number of lockers for the season, depending on the instructions. To do so, contact the lift ticket office or store directly, or book directly on myskicase by ticking the season reservation box when ordering.

The reservation will be valid for the whole season according to the opening dates of the resort, at the rate fixed by the operator.
