How Skicase works

A constantly evolving service

Since its creation in 2012 the service has undergone a number of changes.

  • Skicase membership allows you to benefit from all the software upgrades made each year
  • Taking into account the specific needs of each operator in the evolution of our system

 

Support throughout the year

Pre-season 

During the summer and before the season: Configuration of the locker for the new season, integrating any modifications, then put the locker sales online according to the schedule set by the operator (our IT department works with your WEB service provider to integrate locker sales on your online sales site).

Annual restart of the locker before the beginnning of the season:

  • Restart computer systems and check that all equipment are working properly
  • Check general condition of lockers (inside and out) and proper operation of locker equipment (benches, drying system, kiosk), replace parts under warranty
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Functional testing of complete system
  • Exchanges and training with the partner

 

During the season

 

  • Visit on site at the start of the season to train staff if necessary and ensure that everything is ready for the season launch
  • 24/7 service for users and operators
  • User hotline to manage first-level problems (problem opening locker, loss of code, booking modification request, problem with locker or premises,..).
  • Operator hotline 
  • A dedicated e-mail address for user requests
  • On-site intervention by a technician in the event of a problem (within 24 hours, depending on the critical nature of the situation)

After the season

 

  • End-of-season summary for each instruction setting out the main figures for the season (turnover, distribution by sales channels, occupancy rate, etc.), information on users' consumption habits and sharing of satisfaction survey data (3165 responses for the 2023/24 season) 
  • We offer our partners review meetings with recommendations for each deposit based on user feedback and the specific features of the deposit. 
  • Preparing for the next season (summer or winter)

A Skicase offer adapted to your needs

OFFLINE Offer

 

The booking system works locally without an internet connection.

Support and customer service are handled directly by the operator. 

 

ONLINE Offer

 

In this formula, bookings are made exclusively through the operator's sales channels, either directly at the ticket offices from the Skicase back office or via the operator's online sales site thanks to the integration of the Skicase API.

Payments are therefore made exclusively on the operator's side. User support is handled by the Skicase support hotline and email address, but any requests for changes or cancellations are handled directly by the operator.

ONLINE + Offer

 

Skicase sales channels are also activated.

Skicase therefore collects on behalf of the operator and provides all customer support, including requests for changes or cancellations (for bookings collected by Skicase).
